License

When you purchase Toki, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs you own or control. Your license is valid for the number of activations shown at checkout.

You may deactivate Toki on one machine to activate it on another. You may not share, resell, or transfer your license to another person.

What you may not do

• Redistribute Toki or include it in another product
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices
• Use Toki to build a competing product

Payment and refunds

Toki is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions.

All sales are final. If Toki fails to launch or crashes immediately on a supported version of macOS, contact us on the issue. We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Updates

Toki updates automatically via Sparkle. Updates are provided at our discretion — we're not obligated to release them on any schedule. We reserve the right to change features or discontinue the app at any time.

No warranty

Toki is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unbothered.software's total liability for any claim related to Toki is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. On termination, you must stop using Toki and delete all copies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
